   Panorama Scientific Press supports the open access publishing model. All published articles are made freely available to the public immediately upon  publication. Readers can access, download, and share these articles online without any cost. We encourage authors to deposit their published articles in institutional or disciplinary repositories, in compliance with copyright agreements, to further expand their reach.

2. Copyright and Licensing
   All open access articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). This license allows users to freely use, share, and adapt the work in any medium, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author and source. Authors retain the copyright of their articles while granting the public broad usage rights.

3. Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy
   To support the costs of open access publishing, Panorama Scientific Press charges authors or their funding institutions an Article Processing Charge (APC). The specific fee structure is determined based on the journal type and research field. We are committed to providing APC waivers or reductions for authors from low-income countries or researchers facing financial difficulties. 4. Data Sharing and Transparency
   Panorama Scientific Press encourages authors to publicly share research data alongside their publications to enhance reproducibility and transparency. Research data should be stored in trusted data repositories, and access links should be provided in the articles. We recommend that authors adhere to the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) for data management.

5. Policy Implementation and Oversight
   This policy is implemented and overseen by the editorial office to ensure that all journals strictly adhere to open access principles. We regularly evaluate the policy's implementation and make adjustments and optimizations based on trends in academic publishing.
